Meet our Founder
Jeffrey V. Cortez
At the heart of 2Nspira is its founder, Jeffrey V. Cortez—a technologist, leader, and community builder with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through digital transformation. His belief is simple yet profound: technology should always begin with people, and it should always create possibility.
Jeffrey founded 2Nspira with a vision to make technology accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for the organizations often overlooked in times of rapid change—schools, nonprofits, small businesses, and underrepresented entrepreneurs. His work has helped leaders not only modernize their systems, but also unlock confidence, uncover opportunities, and grow with purpose.
For Jeffrey, technology is never just about systems—it’s about trust, empathy, and impact. Whether through AI, cloud solutions, custom databases, or automation, his role has always been to co-create solutions that simplify, inspire, and transform.
Beyond technology, Jeffrey is committed to community and equity. He has mentored entrepreneurs, supported the launch of startups, and walked alongside dozens of organizations on their digital journeys. Every project is, for him, a chance to lift others up and leave a lasting mark.
His career spans executive IT leadership roles at the Wildlife Conservation Society, Amur Capital Management, and Columbia University—experiences that shaped his belief that true transformation is built on vision, collaboration, and trust. He holds an Executive Master’s in Technology Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Queens College, complemented by advanced certifications in AI, machine learning, and systems engineering from institutions including Harvard University, Google, Nvidia, and Microsoft.
But credentials alone don’t define him. What Jeffrey values most is the chance to keep learning, to share what he’s discovered, and to use technology as a force for connection, empowerment, and progress.
For Jeffrey, and for 2Nspira, the mission is timeless: meet organizations where they are, honor their unique stories, and help them build a future full of possibility.
“Technology is not just about systems- it’s about people, purpose, and the power to shape a better future”
